This website uses no cookies, forms or analytics. The server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security, for at most 30 days. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see the visitor's IP address.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and, if we work together, for the contract and invoicing. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.
Our apps
Apps published by Quantum Holdings collect only the data needed for their function (for example orders, user accounts, billing data). Each app may have its own privacy section describing exactly what it uses. Data is hosted on servers in the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, email quantum@orastie.ro; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
